Privacy Policy

EverRegel is a local delivery service that runs over WhatsApp. EverRegel is operated by Cognito AI Solutions LLC. Businesses post delivery jobs by messaging our WhatsApp number, and local drivers receive and bid on those jobs the same way. This policy explains what information we collect when you use EverRegel, how we use it, and how to have it deleted.

We only collect what we need to run deliveries:

• Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name, which WhatsApp shares with us when you message our number.
• The messages you send us, including voice notes: job details, replies, bids, status updates like “picked up” or “delivered,” and messages you ask us to pass between a business and its driver.
• Business information you give us, such as your business name and store address.
• Delivery details: pickup and drop-off addresses, a short item description, prices, bids, and job status. We convert addresses to map coordinates to match jobs with drivers.
• Third-party delivery details: when a business books a third-party driver, the pickup and drop-off names, phone numbers, and instructions it gives us, and the driver's name, vehicle, pickup time, tracking link, and delivery status that the delivery service sends back.
• Driver route information: the town you live in, the places you drive regularly (and on which days), and any same-day trips you tell us about. We convert these to map coordinates to match you with jobs along your way.
• Driver availability (whether you've told us you're on or off) and a count of completed deliveries, which we use to order matching and show to businesses deciding on a bid.
• Payment information: a business's billing email and the card it keeps on file (we see only the card brand, last four digits, and expiry date); the PayPal or Venmo account details drivers give us to receive payouts; and records of what businesses were charged and drivers were paid for each job. Card details are handled by Stripe and payout details by PayPal; we do not store full card or bank account numbers.
• Dashboard sign-in: business owners and drivers sign in to their dashboards through a one-time link we send to their WhatsApp. We keep a login record tied to your account; we don't ask for a password.
• Website forms: if you fill in a sign-up form on our website, the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email, and business or route information.

We do not collect your location from your phone, and we do not use GPS tracking.

• To send delivery jobs to drivers and bids and updates to businesses.
• To match jobs with drivers, run bidding, and record who was awarded each job.
• To pass messages between a business and its driver on an assigned job.
• To collect payment from businesses and pay drivers for completed jobs.
• To send the service messages you'd expect, such as job alerts, award notices, and delivery updates.
• To keep the service reliable and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share information only with the service providers that run EverRegel for us, and only to provide the service:

• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), which carries our messages.
• AI service providers, which process the messages and voice notes you send so we can fill in job details, understand replies, and transcribe voice notes.
• Stripe, which processes card payments from businesses.
• PayPal (including Venmo), which sends payouts to drivers.
• Our database and hosting providers, which store job and account records.
• Google Maps Platform, which turns addresses and towns into map coordinates.
• Third-party delivery services, when a business books a third-party driver: the pickup and drop-off addresses, names, phone numbers, and instructions, so the service can send a driver.
• Our email provider, which delivers website form submissions to us.

When a driver bids on or takes a job, the business that posted it sees the driver's name, price, and delivery record (how many deliveries he completed and how many jobs he dropped) so it can decide. When a job is awarded, the business and driver see each other's name and phone number, and any messages one sends the other through EverRegel. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We keep job and account records while you use EverRegel and for as long as we need them to run the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. After that we delete them.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time:

• Email info@cognaai.com from any address with the subject “Delete my EverRegel data” and include the WhatsApp phone number you used with us.

We'll confirm the request and delete your account and associated records within 30 days, except for anything we're legally required to keep, such as payment records. You can also stop receiving messages at any time by blocking our number in WhatsApp.

We restrict access to our records to the systems that run the service and use industry-standard protections. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

EverRegel is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through the service.
